2. Reservations and Payments

All reservations are subject to availability. A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking. Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice.

3. Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to rent an ATV. If you are under 18, you may rent an ATV only with a parent or guardian present who can sign the rental agreement on your behalf.

4. Rental Period

The rental period begins at the time of pick-up and ends at the designated return time. Late returns may incur additional charges.

5. Safety and Equipment Use

All renters must attend a safety briefing before operating an ATV. You are responsible for returning the ATV in the same condition as received. Any damage or excessive wear may result in additional charges.

6. Liability Waiver

All renters must sign a liability waiver before using our ATVs. Quad Escape is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the rental period.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled rental will incur a cancellation fee.
